How long does it take to get matched?

It depends on the breed and your preferences. Popular breeds like French Bulldogs may have a 2–6 week wait, while other breeds could be available sooner.

Can I change my preferences after signing up?

Absolutely! Just contact us via WhatsApp or email and we’ll update your preferences immediately.

What happens when a puppy becomes available?

We’ll send you photos, health details, and pricing. You have 24 hours to decide before we offer the puppy to the next person on the list.

Do I have to commit to buying a puppy?

Not at all. There’s no obligation. If a match doesn’t feel right, simply let us know and we’ll keep looking for your perfect puppy.
